A bespoke multi-page website for a privately owned property investment, development and estate management group — commercial estates, a residential homes division and bespoke equestrian builds, presented as one coherent brand.
The challenge
The business spans four very different areas — 150+ commercial units and industrial estates, a new-build homes division, bespoke equestrian developments and agricultural land. Each one speaks to a different audience, and none of it was easy to find or understand from the outside.
We needed a site that read as one long-term, quality-led property group while still letting a prospective tenant, a homebuyer and a landowner each reach the right page and enquiry route in a couple of clicks.
